Lisa Keener

Lisa Keener serves as Vice President of Marketing Technology & Enablement at Signet Jewelers since October 2025. Previously, Lisa held various leadership positions at Epsilon from March 2014 to November 2025, including Vice President Client Lead and Senior Director, Associate Client Partner, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of clients across retail, technology, pharmaceutical, insurance, and life sciences sectors to drive revenue growth. Earlier roles encompass Senior Client Account Director at Epsilon, where strategic client relationships were fostered, and marketing execution streamlined. Lisa also contributed to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as Senior Healthcare Analyst, focusing on marketing acquisition strategy for Medicare Advantage plans, and at Crain Communications, where leadership in audience marketing and lead generation was demonstrated. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
