Robert Solomon

Robert Solomon serves as Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development at Signet Jewelers since January 2021, building extensive expertise in leadership development and organizational consulting. Previous roles include Director of Leadership Development at Centene Corporation and Sr. Director of Global Leadership & High-Potential Development at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Solomon designed customized programs and enhanced leadership initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations. With experience at various educational and professional institutions, including CVPH Medical Center and SUNY Plattsburgh, Solomon has developed virtual learning modules and authored research on leadership and diversity. Solomon holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Sociology from George Mason University, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the same institution.
