Teresa Fullerton

Teresa Fullerton has extensive experience in sustainability and responsible sourcing, currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) at Signet Jewelers since February 2011. In this role, Teresa acts as a subject matter expert in ESG reporting and sustainability, overseeing data collection, validation, and distribution for key stakeholders. Prior to this position, Teresa held various roles at Signet, including Senior Analyst for Corporate Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability Analyst, where responsibilities included managing compliance reporting processes for the Responsible Sourcing Protocol (SRSP) and ensuring the company reported that over 95% of its gold and 3Ts was sourced conflict-free for multiple years. Earlier in Teresa's career, positions at YRC Worldwide and Roadway Express involved sales and marketing analysis, contributing to the implementation of technology solutions for sales operations.
