Dave Woodland

Dave Woodland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and mortgage industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Mortgage Advisor at Signet Mortgage since July 2006, Dave specializes in commercial and residential real estate loans, offering services such as cash-out refinancing, SBA financing, and a variety of residential mortgage options across multiple states including California, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Idaho. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Controller at LSI Logic and Cirrus Logic, and as a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young LLP in the Tax Department. Dave began a career in finance as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Young, advising clients in financial services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University.
