Kevin Belt

Kevin Belt has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the real estate and finance industry. Kevin is currently serving as the SVP, Managing Director at Signet Real Estate Group since March 2020. Before this, they worked at Signet, LLC as the Vice President of Development from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Financial Analyst at Forest City from 2007 to 2012. Kevin also held the position of Project Manager at Ryan Homes from 2003 to 2007 and worked as a Financial/Cost Analyst at Sherwin-Williams from 2000 to 2003.

Kevin Belt attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
