Keith Bagley

Keith Bagley is a seasoned executive in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Group President at Signia Aerospace since July 2025. Prior to this role, Keith was President of Hartzell Engine Technologies LLC from December 2017 to August 2025, where significant growth was achieved in the OEM and aftermarket sectors of engine accessories for general aviation. Previously, at Pratt & Whitney from June 2004 to November 2017, Keith held multiple leadership positions, including General Manager responsible for a site with over 1,000 employees and Operations and Supply Chain Readiness Manager, where hands-on management of production capabilities and supply chain efficiency was key. Keith's educational background includes an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine.
