Earlier career highlights include positions as Account Manager and Field Engineer at Siemens Hearing Instruments from June 2003 to June 2008, as well as roles as a Field Engineer at Synigence Plc and Electronic Trading Executive at CGU Insurance. James started the journey in sales and account management at General Accident Fire & Life Assurance Company from September 1994 to June 1999. Educationally, James completed studies at The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management between 2010 and 2011 and attended Oakwood Park Grammar School from 1983 to 1988.
