Justina Misiūnaitė

Justina Misiūnaitė is a payment support specialist at Signicat since January 2023, responsible for addressing client inquiries about payments and invoices while monitoring service payments and managing debt collections. Previously, Justina served in the same role at Dokobit for a brief period earlier in 2023 and held various positions at Zyro from June 2020 to January 2023, including researcher and senior customer success specialist, where responsibilities included conducting customer analysis, generating reports, leading shifts, and assisting colleagues with complex issues. Justina’s background also includes a design internship focused on template adaptations and product feedback. Justina holds a Bachelor's degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from Kaunas University of Technology, completed in June 2021.
