Mus Jaffery

Mus Jaffery currently serves as the Head of Commercial for the UK at Signicat, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mus was the General Manager at Pharmacierge from October 2022 to May 2023. Mus has a robust background in partnerships and customer success, having worked as the Global Director of Partnerships and Alliances at Onfido from April 2017 to October 2022, and the Head of Customer Success at Google from December 2014 to November 2016. Mus co-founded ThreadLab Inc, where the role encompassed Product Director from June 2013 to December 2013, and previously held various positions at American Express, including roles in Enterprise Growth and Digital Partnerships between 2002 and 2013.
