Aaron Rugh

Aaron Rugh serves as the Director of IP Licensing and Litigation at Signify since January 2019, following a role as Senior IP Counsel at Philips Lighting from March 2017 to January 2019. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Unilife Corporation and as an attorney at firms including Troutman Sanders LLP and Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, where a focus was on litigation in chemistry and pharmaceuticals. Aaron Rugh holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
