Alexander Beraldo

Alexander Beraldo is an R&D Manager for LatAm at Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting, with over 20 years of experience in new projects and product management within professional lighting and electronics industrial operations. Alexander has led multi-cultural R&D teams across Brazil, Argentina, and China, and has a deep knowledge of product and process development using the phased-gates methodology. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and have completed postgraduate studies in Project Management, contributing to a robust background in innovation, quality improvement, and cost reduction in multinational companies. Prior to their current role, Alexander held significant positions at Robertshaw, Elsys, and Sade Vigesa SA, successfully driving product introductions and cost-saving initiatives.
