Amit Agarwal, CPIM, LSS Black Belt, possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and production engineering. Amit began a career at Hero MotoCorp Ltd from April 2004 to December 2007 as a Senior Engineer in Shop Floor Production, focusing on the Aluminium Phase, and later transitioned to a role in Tool Engineering, where responsibilities included cutting tool development and tool regrinding. Amit's journey continued at Philips Lighting India from May 2010 to December 2012, holding multiple positions including Deputy Manager in R&D, focusing on new product development and process improvement. Following this, from June 2018 to March 2021, Amit served as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Signify, where responsibilities encompassed demand supply planning for LED products in Australia and New Zealand, as well as leading supply chain initiatives in the Pacific and ASEAN regions. Amit's strong educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar.
