Bas M.

Bas M. is currently the Head Of Tax at Signify, having previously held the position of Head of Tax at Philips Healthcare from 2009 to 2012 and served as Tax Director at Philips from 2004 to 2016. Bas has extensive experience in various roles within the Group Tax function, including Head of Tax for both the Consumer Lifestyle and Healthcare sectors, as well as Tax Lead for M&A and Treasury. Prior to their time at Philips, Bas worked as an International Tax Lawyer at Deloitte from 1999 to 2004, specializing in international tax law and transfer pricing. Bas earned a MA in Tax Law from Universiteit Leiden and completed an Executive Business Program at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School in 2011.
