Before joining Philips, Bobby served as a Senior HR Advisor at Philips China Investment Co., Ltd., facilitating HR services through various communication channels. Early career experience includes a position as a Senior Training & Quality Supervisor at Jin Jiang International Hotels. Bobby holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
