Chandrika Ay

Chandrika AY serves as the Head of IoT/Firmware (Global) at Signify, leading initiatives in connected and intelligent lighting solutions since July 2025. Previously, as the Head of Systems for SDV, HPCs, and Cybersecurity at Continental from September 2019 to July 2025, Chandrika managed global teams and multi-million-dollar budgets while driving strategic innovations. Earlier roles at Visteon India spanned from March 2000 to August 2019, including positions as Software Technical Delivery Manager and Global Core Manager, where leadership in infotainment projects and innovations significantly impacted market presence. Chandrika holds an M.Sc.Tech in Engineering (Electronic Instrumentation) from Sri Venkateswara University and furthered education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
