Dana Burwell

Dana Burwell is the Senior IP Counsel at Signify, where they negotiate license agreements and manage enforcement actions for a comprehensive LED patent portfolio. They have previously served as Counsel at WilmerHale, litigating complex patent and antitrust cases involving advanced technologies from 2018 to 2021. Dana began their career as a Paralegal at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP between 2005 and 2008, providing vital litigation support in class-action and antitrust matters. They hold a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
