Daniela Santos

Daniela Santos is a Mechanical Development Engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and healthcare industries. Currently employed at Signify since August 2022, Daniela previously worked at Bosch from September 2018 to August 2022, focusing on the mechanical development of infotainment systems. Responsibilities included developing 3D models and 2D drawings, evaluating mechanical and optical components, and managing technical interfaces with suppliers and stakeholders. Additionally, Daniela completed a Mechanical Engineering internship at Philips in 2017, which involved designing and prototyping a module concept for an interventional X-ray system. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics Systems from Universidade do Minho, an Erasmus + program in Mechanical Engineering at Poznan University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Minho.
