Gretchen McLaughlin possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and process optimization, with a career spanning over 17 years. At International Paper, roles included Business Analyst Project Lead overseeing SAP ERP implementation, Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Excellence Lead for a $600MM inventory project, and Supply Planning Lead for Containerboard, achieving Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Subsequently, at Monogram Foods, Gretchen served as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning and Senior Manager of Process Optimization, developing continuous improvement projects that significantly reduced costs. Currently, Gretchen is a Supply Chain Program Manager at Signify, managing new project approvals within the North American Distribution Sector with a focus on cost efficiency.
