Hakan Yuce

Hakan Yuce has had an extensive career in the telecommunications industry. Hakan began their career as the Chief Scientist at Bell Communications Research in 1994. Hakan then moved on to Telcordia Technologies, where they held various executive roles, including Executive Director and GM.

In 1999, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as the Global Head of Marketing, Sales & Biz Development in the Optical Fiber Division. Hakan later became the Managing Director at Alcatel Integration Services and then Vice President & GM - Head of International Marketing & Sales at Alcatel Shanghai Bell.

Yuce returned to Alcatel-Lucent as the Head of Strategic Industries for Europe, Middle East and Africa before being promoted to Global Head of Strategic Accounts. Hakan then served as the GM and Head of the Vital Network Solutions Business Unit.

After leaving Alcatel-Lucent, they joined Philips Lighting as the Head of Ventures before taking on roles at Signify, where they are currently the Head of the LiFi Business Unit and was previously the Head of Global Systems as Senior Vice President & GM.

Hakan Yuce has a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Ph.D., with Honors, in Engineering & Science from Stanford University.
