Igor Soto is a Director of the North Area at Signify, with over 15 years of experience in innovation projects and teams within the lighting and IoT sectors, specializing in Public Sector, Sports, and Transport Infrastructure. They served as a Vocal on the Subcommittee SC4 for Sustainability at the AENOR Technical Committee on Smart Cities from 2014 to 2017, contributing to the development of standards for public lighting. Prior to their current role, Soto held various marketing positions at Philips and Philips Lighting, focusing on public administration, education, and sports across Spain and Portugal. They earned a Licentiate degree in Electrical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Bilbao and completed a Digital Marketing course at General Assembly.
