Jack Zhou is an experienced professional in outsourcing strategy and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Outsourcing Strategy Director at Signify since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jack held multiple positions at Philips Lighting, including Director of Strategic Sourcing and Global Strategic Lead Buyer for various lighting products, contributing to the development of a strategic supply base for LED lamps. Jack also served as Global Strategic Buyer for fluorescent lamps and led initiatives in packaging commodity leadership at Philips (China) Investment Co., achieving significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes managing manufacturing operations at Philips & Yaming Lighting Co. Ltd.
