Jan Groen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in R&D management, component management, and process improvement. They previously held diverse roles at Philips Lighting, including Group Manager and Project Leader, where they oversaw various engineering teams and developed cost-effective solutions. While at Signify, Jan excelled as a Process Improvement Project Manager, implementing significant enhancements to R&D processes and driving operational efficiency. Currently, Jan is pursuing degrees in Business Administration for Technicians and Electronics at NHL Hogeschool.
