Jarno Mooren

Jarno Mooren is a Plant Specialist with extensive experience in vertical and city farming, currently working at Signify since September 2017. Prior experience includes a role at Philips Lighting as a Plant Specialist in city farming and opportunities as an intern focusing on functional foods and crop protection. Jarno conducted a master thesis on LED technology in plant physiology and a bachelor thesis on field quality optimization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Plant Sciences from Wageningen University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from HAS Green Academy. Early education was completed at Dendron College.
