Jon V. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having served in various managerial roles across multiple companies. At Almadar Holding, Jon worked as an H.R. Generalist from April 2009 to March 2010. Subsequently, Jon became an IT Recruiter at PeoplePlusTech, Inc. in early 2010 before joining ManpowerGroup as Staffing Team Lead from March 2011 to February 2013. Jon then held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for ASEAN and Pacific at Henkel from February 2013 to September 2015, before transitioning to Philips Lighting, now known as Signify, where the current role as Talent Acquisition Manager began in September 2015. Jon has developed and implemented successful recruitment strategies for the Asia-Pacific region and currently leads country-wide talent acquisition efforts across multiple countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
