Liang Chen has over 22 years of experience in quality and operations management within the lighting industry. Currently, Liang serves as the Head of Quality for the Business Unit WiZ at Signify, overseeing digital product quality. Before joining Signify in April 2018, Liang worked at Philips Lighting for nearly 17 years, holding various leadership roles including Head of Quality for Business Consumer Lamps and Head of Operations for the Klite joint venture. Liang's expertise includes end-to-end quality management, significant cost savings through value engineering, and operational excellence demonstrated through successful joint venture management. Liang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanotronics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
