Luite van Zelst is an experienced leader in customer service and business transformation with significant tenure at Signify from February 2019 to March 2024 as the Head of Consumer Service and previously as the Director of Customer Services. In these roles, Luite was instrumental in setting up and transforming customer service operations in the B2B domain and overseeing global customer contact centers. Prior experience includes significant positions at Philips, where Luite served as Chair of the Works Council during a major organizational transformation, and as IT Delivery Team Lead.
