Marcin Andrzejewski is the Vice-President of the Board of Management at Signify Poland, overseeing a workforce of 5,000 employees and managing the Pila site, which comprises four factories and various organizational functions. With extensive experience at Philips Lighting from April 2002 to May 2018 in roles such as Plant Manager and Product Industrialization Manager, Marcin has driven operational excellence through lean manufacturing, project portfolio management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Marcin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Koszalin, completed postgraduate studies in Integrated Management Systems at Poznan University of Economics and Business, and earned an Executive MBA from Collegium Humanum.
