Maureen Bair

Maureen Bair is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as CFO for Genlyte, Entertainment, & CK at Signify since July 2025, Bair previously held the position of Head of Commercial Finance at Cooper Lighting Solutions from October 2020 to July 2025. Prior to that, Bair worked at Eaton in various roles including Director of Accounting & Reporting for Cooper Lighting Solutions and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Lighting Division. A strong background in financial performance management, accounting, and strategic financial planning is demonstrated through accomplishments such as leading month-end close processes, managing critical accounting areas, and collaborating with external partners for successful audits and financial transactions. Bair's educational achievements include a BSBA in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
