Necker Rodríguez is the Head of Rewards LATAM at Signify, where they leverage over 20 years of solid reward and HR technical knowledge. Previously, Necker held various roles including HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Compensation Manager at Banco Santander. They have also served as a Compensation Leader at ING Seguros and as Compensation & Benefits Manager at HSBC Bank in Brazil. Necker enhanced their expertise through education at institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey and EAE Business School, earning a Master of Human Resources and additional diplomas in Change Management and project management.
