Nimisha Sehgal

Nimisha Sehgal is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee life cycles, onboarding, operations, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Signify since March 2022, Nimisha oversees various HR functions. Prior to this role, Nimisha worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Spectraworx Consulting from February 2017 to March 2022, focusing on global talent acquisition. Nimisha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, completed in 2016, and an AISSCE in Commerce with Maths from Little Fairy Public School in 2013.
