Omar Bali has extensive experience in human resources across various sectors, including significant leadership roles in global organizations. At Signify, from December 2018 to September 2022, Omar served as Global Head of Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, along with positions as Head HR for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan. Prior to Signify, Omar served as Director of HR at Philips Lighting and held roles at Micromax Informatics Ltd, Whirlpool Corporation, and Marico Limited, gaining expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic HR leadership. Omar holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
