Peter Kort

Peter Kort has extensive experience in the lighting industry, currently serving as a Sr. Digital Product Owner for Lighting Specification at Signify since May 2018. Previously, from April 2013 to May 2018, Peter held roles including Sr. Lighting Application Specialist and Manager of Visualization Tools at Philips Lighting, where key achievements included the development of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy for the European product portfolio and significant improvements in BIM file downloads through a DMAIC six sigma initiative. Peter also played a vital role in conceptual lighting design for major industry trade fairs and managed the monthly release of the Philips Product Selector. Prior to these roles, Peter worked as a Lighting Application Specialist and Manager of Visualization Tools at Philips Lighting from September 2007 to March 2013. Peter holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed additional architectural training at De Bever Architecten BNA and Universidad de Sevilla.
