Qian (Edith) Chen is a General Counsel with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in legal, compliance, and intellectual property matters. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for Greater China at Signify, Qian has previously held the role of General Counsel for Heraeus, where they led a legal team and established legal structures for the region. Qian's background includes significant work in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and licensing, along with a Master of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University. They also studied at the Law School of Free University in Berlin, Germany.
