Samarth Sinha currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Consumer India and HR Business Partner for Global Enabling Functions at Signify, overseeing recruitment and campus relations across multiple business units in Greater India. With prior experience as a Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, Samarth has expertise in strategic projects and business partnering in talent acquisition and has also held roles in firmware engineering and business development. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute, alongside an international exchange program at Sciences Po Lille and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from GL Bajaj Institute.
