Sonia Kataria

Sonia Kataria is an experienced software engineer and team leader specializing in 3D printing and software development. Currently serving as Software Team Leader for Signify since January 2021, Sonia has been integral to the Signify Research team, contributing to the development of prototypes for the Hue and Prof businesses. Prior to this role, Sonia worked at Philips Lighting in various capacities including Development Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Specialist, where notable achievements included executing a software tool pilot and developing mobile applications for the Dynalite System and Hue. Sonia's career began at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on mobile solutions, and earlier experience includes software engineering at Delphi Automotive Systems. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Career Institute of Technology and Management.
