Xin Pan

Xin (Rick) Pan has extensive experience in program and product management within the lighting industry, currently serving as Program Manager at Signify since January 2019, overseeing overseas business for the Milight venture, a joint collaboration between XiaoMi and Philips Lighting. Previous experience includes roles at Philips Lighting from 2006 to 2018, culminating as a Senior Product Development Manager where Xin built the CityTouch flex smart road lighting system for the Chinese market. Additional roles include R&D Manager for the Electronics Engineering team and Technical Project Leader for HID and (O)LED Driver products. Xin holds a Master’s degree in Power Electronics and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Zhejiang University.
