Mengran Wang (Jessie)

Mengran (Jessie) Wang, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist at Signifyd since March 2023, previously serving as a Staff Data Scientist at Valo from June 2021 to March 2023 and a Data Scientist at Scipher Medicine from August 2019 to June 2021. Mengran began a data science fellowship at Insight Data Science in June 2019, focusing on predicting Parkinson’s Disease through handwriting analysis, which included deploying a web application and utilizing various machine learning models to achieve high precision in diagnosis predictions. Prior to these roles, Mengran was a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University in the School of Applied and Engineering Physics from August 2014 to May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biophysics with a minor in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
