Carolin Fourie is a Managing Partner at Signium since February 2001, overseeing the Global Industrial and Global Technology Practices, as well as serving as a Systemic Business Coach. With extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting across various levels of management, Carolin has contributed to the success of CEOs and boards in identifying and developing future leaders. Prior to Signium, Carolin held the position of Senior Product Manager at Grand Circle Corporation, focusing on product planning and marketing for European Travel Programs, and worked in product management at LTU Touristik Group. Carolin holds a diploma in Business Administration from FH Munich and is a certified Systemic Business Coach from Münchner Coaching Akademie.
