Jorge Kraljevic

Jorge Kraljevic is the Founder & Managing Partner of Signium, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm. Jorge has been with Signium since July 2016 and specializes in advising senior business leaders on developing their skills, people, and organizations. In addition to their role at Signium, Jorge is also a Board Member of Silver Angels since July 2019 and a Member of the Board of Advisors at Lingopass since July 2020. Prior to founding Signium, Jorge worked as a Partner at Odgers Berndtson from February 2013 to June 2016. Jorge also has previous experience as a Senior Associate at Fantozzi & Associates, Manager of the Sales & Marketing Division at Michael Page, and in market intelligence at Cadbury Adams. Jorge began their career at HP in August 1998, where they worked in a finance role until October 2002. Jorge then transitioned into the field of executive search and leadership consulting, where they have built their expertise and reputation over the years. Additionally, Jorge is an Investor at Drone Kids School, a position they have held since January 2019.

Jorge Kraljevic attended FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 1997 to 2000, but they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that period. In 2023, they enrolled in Turma 188ª IBGC at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in São Paulo, Brasil.
