Anastasiia Kovalkova

Anastasiia Kovalkova has extensive work experience in customer support and leadership roles. Anastasiia started their career at Devoop in 2017 as a Customer Support Representative, handling various customer interactions and monitoring orders. Anastasiia quickly progressed to become a Supervisor, responsible for ensuring productivity and handling customer disputes. After 7 months as a Supervisor, Anastasiia was promoted to the Head of Department (Supervisors' Unit), where they led a team, set KPIs, provided training, and managed schedules and hiring processes for two departments. In 2019, Anastasiia joined signNow | Electronic Signature as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Customer Support Team Lead.

Anastasiia Kovalkova pursued their education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2013 to 2019. During this time, they obtained their Master's degree. Anastasiia's field of study focused on Chinese Language and Literature and Translation.
