Mike Giblin

Mike Giblin is a passionate global financial leader currently serving as the Controller for Corporate, Real Estate, and Insurance at Signode, where they support the corporate leadership team with financial planning, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, they managed Corporate Accounting and Facilities at Signode Industrial Group, creating a corporate accounting team and leading restructuring projects that resulted in significant savings. Additionally, Giblin held various roles at Illinois Tool Works, including Division Controller and Business Development Manager, contributing to major divestitures and operational improvements. They also serve as the CEO of Giblin Farms, a fifth-generation family business, overseeing multiple aspects of farm management. Giblin earned an MBA in Business from the University of Illinois Chicago.
