Karen Morris

Karen Morris serves as the Head of Talent at Signos, a company focused on combating the obesity epidemic through innovative health solutions leveraging AI and metabolic signals. Previously, as VP of Global Talent Acquisition at Kantata, Karen played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 14 to over 500 employees while surpassing $100MM in ARR, overseeing the full life cycle of global recruitment. Earlier experience includes an Executive Recruiter position at Devon & Devon/Elwood Professional, where Karen handled all aspects of the placement process and maintained strong client relationships. Karen holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
