Can Kaynar

Can Kaynar is the current Genel Müdür at Signum TTE. Prior to this, they were the Vice General Manager at KoçSistem from October 2003 to February 2005, where they were responsible for developing the strategic business plan for the government sector, managing the sale team, and developing the strategic partnership relations. Can also served as the CIO at OYAK GM from March 2001 to October 2003, where they took an active role in transforming the company from an old and proprietary ICT infrastructure to industry standards. Can also coordinated the group's ICT strategy, their standards, and ICT investment, and coached Oytek's management and their business plan. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at DATASEL A.S. from January 1990 to March 2001, where they developed the company in vertical markets as a value-added solution supplier. Can also positioned the company as a most valuable with HP and Oracle in partnership business line. In system integration, they developed as a turn-key solution supplier. In healthcare, they developed the first HIS application called Avicenna in Turkey. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at HP from April 1988 to December 1989.

Can Kaynar attended Ankara Atatürk Lisesi before going to Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University for their undergraduate degree in mathematics.
