Andrew Ackerman

Andrew Ackerman serves as the Head of REACH Labs and Strategic Advisor at Second Century Ventures, focusing on real estate technology innovation. Additionally, Andrew contributes as an Adjunct Professor at the Sy Syms School of Business, teaching Fundamentals of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. As an Angel Investor and SPV sponsor since 2005, Andrew has made recent investments through AA Ventures, and has contributed over 60 articles on startup topics and venture investing to various publications, including Fortune and Forbes. Andrew's advisory roles include membership on the board of SignUp.com and collaboration with What Now Labs, a venture studio. Previously, Andrew held significant positions at Dreamit Ventures, where programs in UrbanTech and Edtech were launched, and managed startup activities in New York City. Andrew's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from The Johns Hopkins University.
