Karen Bantuveris has a diverse work experience in leadership positions. From 1995 to 2009, they served as the President of Radiance Learning, where they facilitated business process redesign and innovation initiatives, provided executive coaching, and designed custom learning programs for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to universities. In 2009, Karen founded SignUp (formerly VolunteerSpot), a platform that offers free tools and resources for coordinating people and activities. As the Founder & CEO, they have been instrumental in creating an easy-to-use platform that allows millions of people to come together and achieve great things.

Karen Bantuveris attended Tulane University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. Karen later pursued further education at Tulane University from 1986 to 1988, obtaining a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Administration.
