Bi̇rsen Çamurdan

Birsen Çamurdan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. BİRSEN is currently working as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Sigortam.net since April 2023, and previously held the role of Chief Sales Officer - Health and Home from July 2021 to April 2023.

Prior to their role at Sigortam.net, Birsen served as the Customer Services Director at Millenicom from November 2017 to November 2020. BİRSEN also worked at EWE Enerji as a Customer Relations Manager from April 2017 to September 2019.

Birsen has also held managerial positions at Turk Telekom, where they served as the TV Operations Group Manager from May 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they worked at TTNET as the Telemarketing Unit Manager from March 2009 to April 2015.

BİRSEN'searlier work experience includes roles at Finansbank, where they worked as a Telemarketing Assistant Manager from June 2006 to February 2009, and as a Call Center Assistant Manager from December 2004 to May 2006. BİRSEN also served as a Call Center Supervisor at Finansbank from August 2003 to December 2004 and started their career as a Call Center (Inbound) Agent at the same company from June 2000 to August 2003.

Birsen's first role was as the Chief Accountant at Detor Spor Turizm Ltd.Sti.(Beymen Club- Erenkoy) from September 1998 to November 1999.

Birsen Çamurdan attended Yeditepe University, Institute of Social Sciences from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management (MBA). Prior to that, they completed the English Preparatory Program on Business Administration at Istanbul University Taksim/Istanbul, Faculty of Managerial Economics from 2004 to 2007. Birsen also holds a degree from Istanbul University, School of Economics, where they studied International Relations from 1996 to 2000.
