David Comerford-Green

David Comerford-Green has a strong background in legal roles, with extensive experience in corporate law. David currently serves as the General Counsel at SigTech since January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Dext (formerly Receipt Bank) as the Director of Legal from November 2019 to December 2021, and as the Head of Legal from April 2019 to November 2019.

Before joining Dext, Comerford-Green worked as the Head of Legal at Quintessentially from May 2017 to March 2019. David also served as the Legal Manager at Meraas from April 2015 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Comerford-Green worked as an Associate within the Corporate Department of Mayer Brown International LLP's London office, where they focused on private mergers and acquisitions. David started as a Trainee Solicitor at Mayer Brown in March 2009 and served until October 2012.

Comerford-Green also gained experience as a Legal Counsel - EMEA for Moody's Investors Service from March 2010 to September 2010.

David Comerford-Green attended Stonyhurst College in Lancashire from 1994 to 1999. David then pursued a Bachelor's degree in History and Economics at the University of Manchester from 1999 to 2002, earning a II.I degree. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to The College of Law in London, where they completed the GDL and LPC programs from 2002 to 2004, specializing in Law.
