Emma P.

Emma P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Emma currently works as the Finance Director at SigTech, a position they took on in September 2021. Before joining SigTech, Emma spent eight years at JRNI, where they held the roles of Global Finance Manager and Financial Controller. During their time at JRNI, they implemented various software platforms to enhance finance and HR operations and played a vital role in setting up business entities on three continents. Emma also devised reporting structures and implemented a time management tool to improve project profitability.

Prior to their tenure at JRNI, Emma worked as a Finance Manager at Freeformers and Techlightenment. At Freeformers, they managed finance responsibilities for various investment companies before focusing on scaling one particular company. At Techlightenment, an Experian company, Emma initially served as a Personal Assistant to the Co-founders before transitioning into a finance role. Emma introduced rigorous processes and improved the quality of finance and HR operations.

Before their roles at Freeformers and Techlightenment, Emma worked as a Personal Assistant at Walfords Partnership and held a Customer Service role at Accor Services from 2000 to 2004.

Emma P.'s education history includes attending CIMA from 2016 to 2023, where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Prior to that, they attended The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) from 2010 to 2012, earning a degree as an Accounting Technician with a specialization in Accounting.
