Jaideep Nayak

Jaideep Nayak has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Jaideep began their career in 2006 as an Executive-Client Servicing at Teamlease Services Private Limited, where they were responsible for managing Eastern Region HR Operations of more than 3000 base employees. In 2007, they were promoted to Associate Manager-HR at Tulip Telecom, where they managed employee relations and performance management. In 2015, they joined VIBGYOR High as an Assistant Manager-Human Resources. In 2016, they were promoted to Manager-Human Resources at Globe Moving. In 2019, they joined TIBIL Solutions as Manager-Human Resources. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Business Partner at Confidential, and then to Human Resources Manager at DemandNXT. In 2021, they joined SigTuple as Human Resources Manager.

Jaideep Nayak began their education in 1986 at St. Lawrence High School in Kolkata. Jaideep then attended St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Hons). In 2001, they completed a Diploma in EXIM from the Indian Institute of Export Import Management. In 2003, they earned a Master's Degree in International Business & Human Resources from EMPI Business School.
