Sandip Kakar

Sandip Kakar has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Sandip started their career in 1996 as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 1998 to 2006, they worked as a Corporate Associate at K&L Gates. Sandip then joined Clifford Chance US LLP as a Senior Associate specializing in Private Funds/M&A from 2006 to 2012. Since 2012, Sandip has been with Siguler Guff & Company, where they have held various positions including Principal, Legal and Compliance, and currently serves as Managing Director and Managing Counsel, responsible for the legal aspects of the firm's capital raising and corporate matters.

Sandip Kakar has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Northwestern University. Sandip also obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from St. John's University School of Law.
